4. Supply and Shipping

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days, at a cost of 35 ₪.
  • Free shipping on orders of 3 sets or more.
  • Delivery times are counted from the date of order confirmation and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays.
  • Delivery is carried out within the borders of the State of Israel only.

Delays resulting from force majeure or external factors (shipping company, weather, strikes) are not the responsibility of the Company.

5. Cancellation and Returns

A transaction may be canceled and a product returned within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and without defect, and unused.
  • An invoice or proof of purchase must be attached.
  • A refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of the date the notice was received.
  • The Company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.
  • The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity.
