FLICK FLY's vision

My vision with FLICK FLY is to create a game that gets people off their screens and brings them back to the moment - with each other.

A simple, fun, and accessible game that you can take anywhere, pull out of your pocket, and start playing within seconds.

I want FLICK FLY to become a tool that connects people - on the street, at the park, at parties, at festivals, on trips, and anywhere people meet.

To create a new category of play, and bring to the world another way to enjoy, move, laugh, and meet people.

ANY TIME. ANY WHERE. EVERYBODY.

ובסופו של דבר, החזון הוא פשוט:

לתת לאנשים חוויה טובה.

לחבר בין אנשים.

ולעזור להם ליהנות קצת יותר מהחיים.

The moment it all began

At the Modem Festival, Gilad (or as he is called - Herzl) wanted to get his friend Ben's attention. Without thinking too much, he threw a bottle cap at him.

The cap flew through the air, and for one moment it caught the light—spinning, glinting, hovering. Something ignited in Gilad in that moment: how easy it could be to get people to stop, look, and connect—just from one small movement.

From that moment on, the idea didn't leave him. What if this little moment—an object in flight, two people, a spontaneous connection—could be something that anyone could take with them everywhere?

From idea to reality

What started as a bottleneck turned into a bigger question: how do you create something small that manages to bridge people, anywhere and at any moment? Not a game that requires a court, equipment, or prior coordination—just one small object that invites movement.

That is how FlickPlay was born—a tiny disc that fits into any pocket and opens a door to a shared moment between people, without screens and without preparations. A festival, a beach, a living room, or just a street—any place becomes a court when there’s someone who wants to throw.

Today, FlickPlay is much more than just a single disc—it is the starting point for a new category called Pocket Sport: small and portable games that connect people through simple movement, wherever people meet.

What we believe in

Simplicity and accessibility

No instructions, no obstacles, no minimum age - just pick up and start, everyone at their own pace.

Human connection

A game is the most natural way to bring people together. Friends, family, or complete strangers - everyone can join in for a single moment.

Mobility

The game should travel with you, not stay at home. Small, light, and always there when you need it.

Movement and creativity

At the heart of everything we create is a natural movement - and everyone finds their own style and flow within it.

A word from Herzl

I didn't plan to invent a game. I just wanted Ben to look at me. But that moment taught me that sometimes all it takes is one small movement to make people stop and connect. That is what I hope every disc that leaves here will do - for someone, somewhere.
